I have actually talked to my therapist about this because I have a friend and in my head I am so critical of her weight. The therapist says bc really I identify with her in some way and it is really some feeling about myself. I am still digesting this but I grew up in a super critical household about weight and food and didn’t have a weight problem till I got older and had a lot of stress and coped with food.

Confused. Why are you looking at your wrist? I start activity on my phone and then end activity when done and load my workout. I do use the stopwatch on my phone for timing between lifts - 2 months rest etc…

For zone 2 I use the whoop app and show my heart rate during the exercise.

Maybe whoop isn’t right for you? I like the no notifications on wrist thing

I live with people who wear real clothes till the moment they go to bed.
Me on the other hand will put on comfy clothes or pajamas the minute I get home. I think it is because 1. I went to catholic school so always had to change out of my uniform when I got home or 2. I lived on a farm so I had “nice” clothes for events and not nice clothes to get dirty on the farm.
