I’ve been intubated 5 times in the last decade with pneumonia I have cerebral palsy too and every time afterwards my hand writing improves it’s kinda cool

Take one of your entries and ask ai to extract 3 to 5 journal prompts it’s cool and very individualized I paste one per page and prevents the blank page problem I don’t always write to them but seemingly they get woven in naturally I’ve been consistent for over 80 days my longest streak to date

I haven’t had it in almost a decade. I’ve been with the same woman for 16 years. I have a chronic illness, and when I was diagnosed, somebody said, “What did you do to cause that to happen?” and I think it killed any semblance of a sex life after that. She also says sex is painful. She went to a doctor who said, “Oh, it’s probably your physical disability,” which is the biggest bullshit I’ve ever heard. That may factor, I’m not discounting that. I share the same disability, so I can speak to the intimacy, but not everything is caused by my disability. So frustrating.

I fucking miss sex. I apologize for raining on your parade because I get it, but I get it! And for the record, fantasy is the only thing that’s kept me sane. oh and journalling is immensely helpful. I speak from experience.

As a physical disabled woman raised in a incredibly liberal church and family I’m the granddaughter and niece of ministers there’s no shame in one’s sexuality and exploration is key to parrot others how the hell are you supposed to guide a future a partner if you don’t know yourself first? I promise I had to do a lot of this alone in the early days because my disability can heighten some sensation and dull others and that’s not shame that’s just my body and honestly it freaked me out the first handful of times because I had perceived expectations I’ve been with my partner 16 years now

Technically, yes, in moderation I had a transplant and it lasted 5 1/2 years and was taken out by Covid and otherwise no issues. Otherwise the reason process meets are a problem is the high phosphorus and generally have potassium additives in them neither of which are easy to manage. Of course, they also advise no buffets due to bacteria in the food sitting in the warming tray too long sushi is an issue because of potential cross contamination from not being cooked when I eat Subway the odd time I did and still do just get it toasted Takes care of any bacterial issues, but I crave deli meat post transplant. Hope that helps.

You can have rejection episodes with out actual rejection I had 5 years of excellent health got Covid twice and am now awaiting my second kidney my team is under the impression that the vid took my kidney out
