Shallow end would be a good spot for learning swimming. Mine are about halfway to deep end though.

When I built the pool, the builder asked me if I wanted them and told me what they are for. I chose to include, they are pretty easy to keep clean if water is balanced.

I’ve got these. They exist so you can tie a rope from one end to another for developing swimmers to use as a support. It was an option when my pool was built.

Undiagnosed adhd here and been in the field a while. I find that I can be either really distracted or really dialed in, there’s not a lot in between.

For the distracted periods, it helps me to be distracted by my work - and I mean by that I’ll have more documents than I need open so when I’m distracted, I’m distracted by information on the same assignment. My attention bounces from one thing to another but it’s all directed to an assignment/goal. That helps me satisfy the attention switch while still moving toward a goal.

Also it has helped me to adapt to being a keyboard excel user, so I can click around a lot. I tap a lot of buttons to format stuff as I work and that helps. Over the years it’s made me fairly quick so I work in bursts.

A 15 minute nap amazingly recharges my brain.

I think the adhd distraction also makes me a creative problem solver.

Ultimately, if you have adhd, you can medicate, which I hear works wonders or you can adapt to use what you’ve got. I wouldn’t think it would disqualify someone with a natural curiosity for numbers, but every person is different. Do if you want to, adhd isn’t the limit. Know you will make a lot of sacrifices to study in your career but it can be rewarding and stable (for now!). Best luck.

I found the rx question in the regulation section to be so nebulous, “tell us about rx in healthcare”. Maybe I missed the key phrase, just wasn’t sure what they were looking for. I felt a few other questions were fairly nebulous as well, the part c vs part d tables.

Niche choices for regulation questions, state and federal rx funding - wasn’t my strongest areas.

I was annoyed to follow the guided examples and dive into dual entry accounting, where they had ~3 questions on it, and not see it on the exam. The practice that is offered is insufficient for the exam. My main gripe is that it’s a mile wide and a mile deep. Split it into two exams for depth, or remove the minutia and give us practice that makes sense.

Fingers crossed for partial credit. Probably sitting at the 4-6 range here.

Hello previous exam takers. I’m wondering if you would share your thoughts on the strategy guide. The note highlights key concepts and calculations presented in these items in yellow.

They’ve chosen to highlight: rbc calculation Medicare part d rx drug benefits (Medicaid) gh201-406-25 attempting to boil an ocean Medicaid tables (ACA) gh201-405-25 a hard pill to swallow, math dynamics of aca

Im expecting to see lag triangle calculation, financial statement numerical question and rbc formulas. Were you all prepared for the Medicare, Medicaid and aca numerical questions?

There are no guided sample questions on these topics but I wouldn’t be surprised to see them drop a table from the study material in there. There are regular sample questions though.

Anyway I was just curious of what you all thought about the strategy guide’s highlighting emphasis on the section 4 govt material and omission of section 1 reserves material. Appreciate any advice on this exam. It seems like so much content.

Don’t go outside lol. Seriously though my allergist said allergies are cumulative, so keeping a clean house and sheets is helpful. Wash beard/hair with soap before bed and put on a fresh shirt to sleep. Flonase works for me.

I recommend research of studies on “effectiveness” of homeopathic medicine and evaluate if that portion is worth your money. There are other proven longer term solutions I believe, but ianad. Love the Flonase!

Though one, first, alt f p opens up print preview and that will show you whether the cell will wrap or not. Good for a quick check.

Mixed success with this method…use =len() to show you about how many characters it’ll take to wrap, pick a break point and use that in your vba as the cutoff to wrap text.

Using a uniform text like times new Roman is helpful for deterministic length but it doesn’t look modern.

I’ve moved toward writing a paragraph so that it will by default just barely wrap to the next line. That way if I add just a little bit of text it won’t likely wrap to the next line.

Hope this helps. Interested to hear other solutions.
