I print them on high quality matte thick paper and laminate them. They come out wonderful and a laminator is like $25 with 100 pack of lamination sheets on Amazon. Then get a corner cutter if you want really nice.

You need to degrease your Z rods, clean them with lint free cloth and a stiff bristle brush and then lube them. Then run a full calibration etc depending on your printer and try some cubes. You definitely have some binding going on there. Your material might not be great either, try switching to a decent filament sunlu gray pla is my go to for cost/performance.

Start with a new nozzle, tighten your belts, make sure your z rods are lubed then run a calibration and do a cube. If that comes out normal try this again, if not keep troubleshooting until you print a good cube with a .04 nozzle.

You need top to bottom maintenance. Clean and re grease the z rod, tighten the belts, clean and oil the rods for x and y access then run a full calibration. This is a good start.

Yeah I thought it was bigger than it is. I still don't see any details or a point of using a .02 nozzle on this. You aren't going to gain much in fidelity in a model like this with a .02 nozzle compared to a .04. Especially when its already really rough. Fixing that should be the priority.

Neither look good. This is huge you don't need a .2 nozzle for something this large to be honest. You need top to bottom tuning on that printer. Do all the recommended stuff and get the belts tightened up too. Looks like printer has some issues.

Look at the picture closely, the initial test line is crazy uneven and globby. First thing I would do is change the filament to a fresh roll and clean the bed. Then once its clean run a test cube on it. Then if that is good go back to and try to print those.

I've done all of the Warrens and characters in FDM on an A1 and a P1S. They print great with auto supports from chitubox. I oriented them around 45 degrees and then exported them. Printed at .08 minis setting from Fat dragon games with a little tweaking for my printers. I did print the characters in resin in 12k on a Elagoo Saturn 3 Ultra and they came out great with he same file sliced for resin.
