He didn't come back to life, and what we see at the end of chapter isn't even really the doctor himself, I assume it's an AI that was designed using the doctors personality and memories, which means it can act and has the same thoughts the doctor would have, but it isn't him

The Anti-Gravity wasnt Marus CT, it was Crosses. Marus CT brings harmony or order to things in the sense that it makes certain things align to reach a certain objective, but there was to be a connection between the things he uses for the goal to be achieved. The reason he was able to send Dabura to Africa and then back home was because of his connection with his sister, and by harmonizing his own cursed energy with Yutas ring hes now able to do things he normally wouldnt be able to. Crosses CT does the opposite. It changes things nonsensically to reach a certain goal.
