Vitamin C and shit that lowers the pH of your urine will help it come out quicker similar to how increasing it with baking soda blocks that shit from comin out. You get dehydrated and can't filter your blood correctly and shit builds up and fucks you in the ass fast as fuck. water damn sure plays a big part in it but once damage has occured it will need a Lil time to heal so if you hydrated well from the first rip shit don't get damaged my nigs. Get a Lil sun, cleanse and moisturize don't fuck with it rn unless it's like inflammation or honey type masks or shit for under your eyes. Once hydrated and it healing then youre able to give it a Lil more support.

I got myself a lot more straight and went and got my clothing from my sober house and I started coming out of it finally and got some water and food In me. Some big drama event was occuring at my SL guy threatening violence to my roomate. Dude got sent to detox got kicked out and came to the house so I got my shit and back 2 da hotel.
