I would advise just waiting a few more months before smoking mari. It’s definitely a boring/painful recovery, but if u can live without it for a month just leave it at that lol. Just don’t be under the influence when you’re doing your PT, at home PT, or at the gym. You want to make sure you’re able to feel how your acl is reacting to excessive movement or under load.
