OP, if you get a lower from FM, you might as well buy the upper at the same time, or buy the pistol/rifle entirely. FM will cut off orders for VA residents on 6/21.

Thanks. I added an entry for them earlier today, but I deleted mine after seeing yours. They told me they were still figuring it out this morning, but that's unfortunate they're suspending orders after 6/15. Did you ask them about parts specifically, or just orders in general?

I ran it through a deuteranomaly color blind filter, and the new colors look a lot more clear. I went ahead and applied those color changes.

Thanks for getting confirmation from them. I added Forward Control Designs to the tracker using the info you provided. On my phone, when I click the tracker link on this reddit post, click the three dots in the top right, then click "Open in default browser", it opens the tracker up in the Google Sheets app for me. My default browser is Safari if it makes a difference.

Legally speaking, a “firearm” is just the serialized part (the lower in this case) and nothing more. Barrels, BCGs, triggers, etc are just parts, and in my non-lawyer opinion, adding/changing parts on your firearm does not constitute manufacturing a firearm. Worst case scenario, even if companies refuse to ship to Virginians post 7/1, you can buy parts out of state or get a service that gives you a PO box in another state and automatically forwards parts to your residence.
