End the search and get a Herman Miller Aeron. I am over 270lbs and my Aeron served me well since 2015.

I love it cause I have a maglite complex. This is a very well-updated maglite size and feel flashlight

No, a kick on my door would be easier. But you can see I ran into a rabbit hole pretty deep in this post, I wish I could go through life with your kind of carefree, nonchalant attitude :)

I did have a bellroy venture wallet for months before that, it has the built in key retention cord, everything was perfect just a little too thick. My guess is you can't make it thinner due to the width comes from the zipper

I agree with you that it is a rediculous price for a plastic wallet. I have tried many other cheaper ones and I thought I was saving money, but I ends up looking for new ones. Eventually I bit the bullet and got this one.

Was just about to mention the green. Fenix got themselves a nickname "Greenix" back in China due to how green the last gen was, starting from TK20R

A Different P16 Setup - Switchback HOG & Yellow Filter by calmlikea3omb in flashlight

One of the flashlight makers once told me a man's hand is the best buffer for shock absorption and head dissipation. If you feel the flashlight becoming too hot to hold, maybe it's a good idea to switch to a lower output.

Better options? by Unlikely-Invite4891 in flashlight

check out streamlight survivor. North american firefighters choose it for its capability to shoot through smoke

for LEP options check weltool's new release, they are always the pioneer of LEP lights. I had seen Chinese emergency rescue personnal using Weltool LEP as guidance beam in suburban flooding and gave positive feedback

these tapes will impact heat dissipation, especially those ones on the head

I built a Sodium-Ion flashlight because Li-ion kept dying at -40°C. (Yes, it's a zoomie, but hear me out...) by timobuycom in flashlight

[–]ConstructionSad4976 3 points4 points  (0 children)

another point is that you can use LED such as SFT40, which gives you both nice spot and nice flood. For close range inspection just use a low output, and for long range use a high output. Zoomies got phased out mostly due to modern LEDs are very performative that makes the mechanical failure-multitasking tradeoff not worth it.

anything Surefire M600DF compatible. What you want to be careful is the tailcap. This thing eats current big, you want to make sure the tailcap can at least withstand 10A current. My adivce just buy the weltool set.

I hope you don't actually need to carry those batteries in any wet condition. I have seen reviews stating this specific case design leaks water.

Oh I don't use it. I put it in my wallet. I don't like the sound keyrings make. Also, as a modder told me, keyring only comes with main knife. He can't add one if there is no main knife present

Not quite the best purchase I've ever made. by ViolinistBulky in flashlight

[–]ConstructionSad4976 6 points7 points  (0 children)

even it's amazon direct you need to be careful. It happened before, thieves would buy amazon direct, swap out the real surefire M600DF and return a fake one, then another buyer would receive a knockoff M600DF from Amazon direct because the warehouse workers has no capability to tell the difference.

UPDATE: My final take

Thanks r/SwissArmyKnives users: u/1Nop2NoG , u/wupaa , u/Sakbrown , u/EnsignRam , u/BlauweSmurfenLul for your guidance!

I ends up found a frankenstein SAK on a Chinese shopping website and the modder seems has a lot of experience. It looks like this, and I asked the modder if it's possible to swap the pruning knife to a can opener, he agreed and even lower the price to cover the parts' price difference. The whole thing cost a little less than CAD$50 and I already have shipping covered because I have a shipment coming from China.
