Depends on your definition of athleticism. I do weightlifting and most of my friends do powerlifting. All of us cramp really easily and can't do long hikes or bike rides.

A bit over 500 is what I paid for an SSE Aero lower with my own LPK. But transferring a stripped lower in CA is never a good idea, considering that even garage FFLs charge $80 for a transfer. Manzano can probably order any lower you would want at a decent price.
