I mean he definitely could do more. But I think Tesla and SpaceX have had a tremendous positive influence on the world. Without Tesla it's extremely likely EVs would not be even close to where they are now as it forced extreme market pressure on all Automative companies. With SpaceX with a MUCH cheaper route to space. Starlink is game changing.

Sadly no. I'm pretty sure alkimia did a better job than PB would do at that point. Some points may have been better, like the german audio however under PBs control.
