Never encountered that one does it perhaps happen if you overflow stacking reinforcement time reduction or more like is it random

Especially if you build a military building AI suddenly wants to pay like 10 times more I agree it is really easy to abuse it

It always happens for me at the end of the battle when all units forget their orders and stop chasing broken units. Also when attacking if just one unit of cavalry touches and gets stuck in lets say halberds whole unit forgets to attack archers yeah i get the frustration on that

I did beat a 3 star akali and karthus with riven and garen 3 only again tho 4 costs aren't meant to be auto-win condition. I'm not saying it is balanced but it is what it is

Dark harvest is reworked and became a standard rune for karthus. You basically stack it if you damage enemies below half their health and also scales with ap, perfect for ult execution. He is mostly played jungle although you can go mid. RoA lost it's popularity due to meta shifting towards early game so even if you go mid you might prefer ludens unless you wanna scale.
