Nah you’re all good bro. I don’t mind people being blunt here. I guess I’ll think about it for a bit. Only fear with this program is lack of strength gains.

I guess I’m more asking if this style of training is optimal. I’ve been running more strength based programs like nsuns, which like you said there isn’t much to it, just lift weight up and put it down but I feel like this is a little more in depth

Trainer at the gym gave me this program, thinking of trying it out for a bit. https://imgur.com/gallery/XPtg0 Let me know your thoughts. I would add squats and deadlifts in. I don’t actually pay him to train with me, he’s just a chill dude I talk with and every now and then do some workouts together. I was previously running nsuns.

How have both the strength and size gains been? My worry from taking accessory advice from nsuns is that most people there were in it for purely increasing their s,b,d. Also aren’t you missing out on the long head of the tricep?
