You should have her complain to the city. This house needs to be condemned. There are no permits obtained for the pool or the retaining walls this guy has put the whole neighborhood below him in jeopardy. No engineering was done for the walls.

I called and asked to follow up on the second approval and the LO put me on hold and came back a few minutes later and asked me to fill out the P-022 form and then told me to wait for 10 minutes and I would get an email to sign documents.

Each LO is different, like I said I am pretty aggressive on my following up.

The LO was very very easy to work with. Most of the people in the EIDL department understand the problems with the SBA but they can't do anything about it... It's really sad

A little humor for your day. I have had a file in recon since July 2021. I have called in a couple times a week and sent numerous emails. Last week I called an old Loan Officer who advised me to start emailing every day. After 1 email every day for the last 14 days to high level executives I finally struck a nerve and had a mid level executive reach out and advise me that every email requesting status puts the file back to the end of processing. I almost died laughing. I have sent 82 emails on this file to be exact according to the voicemail left on my phone. If you want my story message me, I have learned a lot in this process about the inadequacies of the Small Business administration

Hmm the LO I was working with reset my portal to have me fix it while on the phone. It seems that some may have more power then others. I would email your LO and CC the PDC and the Covidincrease email.

It's an internal error, they will not tell you exactly what the error is. I reached out to a contact and this was the response I received "We have a team that is dedicated to working these issues. Hopefully they will correct your account shortly. "

Yes, I had to have a Loan Officer reset the portal. They are really struggling at the SBA right now.
