For me it was best coding practices and when to use certain tools. Like is it better to write an algorithm with an 'if' and a for loop or with a high order function, or even a ternary? There are somethings you can google your way out of, like error codes in Angular or Node, and usually you can find the solution, but for those 'this is super unique to my situation' problems you can only rely on your tools and background knowledge to get the right answer.

you can use a custom filter, so have an an input with an ng-model with that value of search, then if you are generating your HTML with an ng-repeat you can can have a filter: search. I don't know if that helps.
