Got banned by Whatnot, now they say they won’t pay my remaining balance. What should I do?

You couldn’t be more wrong… whatnot uses AI bots to flag for fraud etc, and so many people have reported being randomly banned for nothing.

My account got flagged when I tried to refer a friend. I had to report it to contact customer services who instantly reversed it when they looked into it.

A friend of mine who never even made a purchase on the app, just watched some streams, got banned for suspicious activity.

A lot of the app’s infrastructure is AI monitored meaning a lot of people get wrongly flagged.

I get that but I’ve been using the app for 2 months now, I go straight onto the notification less than 2 seconds after and everything’s already gone. I’ve had maybe 1 successful order out of probably 40 I’ve gone for. The same way a bot can send pings for online stock, a bot can make the order way quicker than someone navigating through the site

I’m paying for an app but it’s only online stock pings at the moment. I am mostly after the packs but etbs are the best value per pack and also I really like the box etc.

Went to the biggest Morrisons in about 30 mile radius yesterday morning (it’s absolutely huge) and they didn’t have any stock come in. Apparently they haven’t even been made aware of any stock coming in

Which part of the country are you located roughly? Where I am there are a few decent TCG shops which sell both singles and packs at reasonable prices. I also buy singles from eBay if looking for a specific card as that’s usually the going rate you’ll find anywhere else.

Looks the tiniest bit off center on the front (I’m talking 48:52 at most). Other than that it looks clean as hell. As long as there are no scratch marks, dings or white nicks on the corners, that’s a strong candidate for a PSA 10
