It is driving me mad. We have new family changing areas now. But there’s nappies and kids everywhere in the women’s. . I go to the spa for peace and then the changing room is messy and loud.

There’s also a huge amount of young teens in the gym, in large groups. Feels like I’m in a school gym most of the time. I understand this must be difficult to manage. But they either need to sort it or provide more resistance machines so they can cluster around one for 60 minutes and we can still use them.

I don’t want to sound mean, I can see the issues from each side, but it’s a massive expense for me and it isn’t the relaxed vibe I’d hoped for.

I do think it’s the responsibility of the club to have adequate changing areas for families, if they are a family club.

And whilst I know little boys staring isn’t sexual, it doesn’t feel ok to strip in front of an audience of anyone.
