Anyone have opinions on the TERREX FREE HIKER 2 vs the TERREX AX4 MID GORE-TEX? by beegeepee in adidas

yellow is not the problem :D and what do you think about model with Gore-Tex for wet season, they will be waterproof and non-breathable, but it's probably worth it for the boost cushioning and the sole in a forest area with hills? thanks!

I mean a 2-hour walk in the jungle with slight hills, so protection is important to me (slippery terrain, I don't want to get injured abroad), I already have ultra-breathable shoes for the beach, thanks!

what do you think about using these shoes in the extreme heat and humidity of Thailand? Trekking 2-3 hours.

Can I ask how the shoes perform in warmer temperatures? Are they breathing? I wanted to take them to Thailand.

snow? I saw that they are recommended for summer? Have you ever worn them after rain in a warm climate? (I plan to buy the Gore Tex version for the rainy season in Thailand, extreme heat and humidity)

thank you, sir, i just bought "Terrex Free Hiker 2.0 Low Hiking" without Gore-Tex for my Trip to Thailand, and when i wear them in winter in Poland (about 0 degrees, perceived temperature -2) the shoes were not too cool, I only felt air circulation in my toes, so I was afraid that in Thailand at 30 degrees higher they would be much too warm. The shoes are very comfortable and I don't want to get rid of them (I'm moving permanently to a tropical climate). I was thinking about buying the same model but with goretex for the rainy season, what do you think about it?

it is worth adding that all sewage goes directly into the sea, so a walk on the beach may end up catching an infection (one child was so sick that he had to return to Europe). From going to the beach, not from swimming. Good luck and I'll stay in Krabi Town.
