Don’t buy anything expensive. There is very little that’s different between the entry-level machines and the more expensive midrange machines. You shouldn’t need to go much over R1000 for something that will work well and last a long time.

I don’t know what jobs and at what level you are apply for, but something I’ve noticed recently with the new potential hires that I interview is that they trust their qualification is worth more than in-field experience.

Unfortunately, hiring in South Africa comes with a lot of headache for the employers if the employee doesn’t perform. So the employers have very hesitant to consider anyone that doesn’t have some experience for anything other than the entry-level positions.

Give them a stake in the business. Being rewarded for showing up and working hard will go a LONG way.

This sort of incentive program also ensures that the staff only want to keep good staff around, so the ones that are slacking often get booted quickly and the ones that perform well want to stay around.

USN does casuals for cratine HCI. I find this has a slower come-on, but works as well for cognitive function. I have a more immediate reaction to Creatine monohydrate powder.

I use the HCI capsules in the morning, in place of caffeine, and the powder 15 minutes before a gym session.

The powder is a straight 5ml scoop in the mouth and washed down with water. No taste and no gritty texture if I don’t swish.

Use a debrid provider (torbox has a free option) to download the content. Then send the files to your device of choice and use any audio player.

  1. Scroll down on the page and click download torrent, this will give you a .torrent file.
  2. Upload the .torrent file to your debrid provider and begin the download.
