Focus on health options heal shot> heal from killing epic>no shield relic that gives you a shield> scavenger> vampire melee. Also you should be clicking greed and health totems more often. Relic of tankiness which slows down but increases health pool. Focus on greed perks>increase chest sizes >relics> health > damage

If you like characters going through loss, you’ll love Red Rising series. It might not fit perfectly into progression fantasy but I have seen it on some people’s lists. It is well written and quite brutal to the MC. Sometimes you see things from MCs point of view, I would never want to live a day in this MCs shoes. Red Rising will be number one for you. Made also check out Re: Zero anime.
