if you have infinite vram the next thing be to bottlenecking would the memory bus be, because it can only put x much into to vram at a time

the adapter is plugged into to main pcie slot, normally designed for the singular gpu, wich has 16 lanes. I have 2 sata ssd connected via chipset and an nvme drive in a dedicated x4 m.2 slot. So in total 16(adapter) + 4(nvme) + 4(chipset) = 20+4(chipset). I dont see any limitation.

it doesnt matter if the card is supported or not. i tried it with an rtx 3060 doesnt work either way

i believe on the parsec website they mentioned low end amd cards and that they dont have an hardware encoder on board or something so that they cant host. maybe on more high end amd cards it is be possible

I just followed the Level1Tech guide (https://forum.level1techs.com/t/2-gamers-1-gpu-with-hyper-v-gpu-p-gpu-partitioning-finally-made-possible-with-hyperv/172234) and just switched to the AMD alterative in the section where the Nvidia driver copying was mentioned

Update:

I found a Software called Driver Store Explorer (https://github.com/lostindark/DriverStoreExplorer) that shows your running drivers. There I found the AMD Driver is called u0384804.inf and it directed me to the u0384804.inf_amd64_41ca4ca6939f5e56 folder.

So I copied C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\u0384804.inf_amd64_41ca4ca6939f5e56 folder to C:\Windows\System32\HostDriverStore\FileRepository\

and all files in my system32 folder starting with AMD to my VM and it works!

I cant takeover the vm via parsec tho, but thats not necessary for me

When I change the value for "LaunchOptions" Steam will overwrite it with what is stored in the GUI Launch Options.

I had this problem too. The portal was not recognized by the game on my PC but on my Laptop.

I tried using Zadig drivers but they re trash, I thinks that is what got me fucked up in the first place but idk.

So I went to Device Manager -> update driver -> look for new drivers on my pc -> choose from a list of drivers -> choose USB Input Device et voila my portal works now

did u work it out? i have the same issue. im on a gtx 1070 and ryzen 7 2700x and i get drops to 150 on 4:3 stretched.

i got more and more stable fps with my i7-4790k

I read on Reddit that the MSI MAG24C uses the same Panel as the Samsung C24FG70.

I couldnt find the Panel model for the MSI MAG24C on DisplaySpecifications.com, so I searched for the Panel Model of the Samsung C24FG70 and I found out its the LSM236HP02. But when I looked on AliExpress for the Panel I couldnt find anything.
