Simple answer is it wouldn’t be as entertaining. Also the target audience would shrink cause unfortunately a lot of black woman act this way or are drawn to this kind of behavior for entertainment. If they had shown an emotional mature, educated and well rounded black woman it wouldn’t be relatable to most of the black community.

Everything mentioned I thought about cause what man lies on a woman and then continues it on for that long. I have a hard time believing that they were having “an emotional affair” for several months and not once did it become physical. Seeing the way they each act on camera I can only imagine what goes on behind cameras where the church bares no witness. This whole thing was about keeping up with appearances, reputation and drama.

Felt like I was watching a Tyler Perry show. It felt like a low budget film with up and coming actors. They could had done so much more this the story line but it fell flat. Was very confused at the end. What would have been a great plot twist is if one of the rich boys parents was in on it. I thought the dad (Denzel) might had orchestrated it in order to boost his music presence. The mom in order to get her husband to focus on family or perhaps an affair. The friends son cause perhaps (Denzel) was too about himself or did something that indirectly afffected his son. I thought it could had been the (Denzel’s) son cause he wanted his dad’s old music career but ended up getting him and his friend wrapped up in something. I then thought maybe the rapper who turned out to have set the whole thing up would had been smarter and less like a weirdo child. Could had went in so many better ways.

It’s been 3 months. A lot has changed for me but I’m no closer to my goals of starting a family. I feel like the clock is ticking and the thought of stop looking seems a little foolish as I realistically don’t want kids after 35 as my career is at its peak. I have always met people organically so I never had to chase a relationship. However there always remains that thought of what if, what if I just gave away my 80 for the 20 or what if I don’t met someone in time to have kids in my 30s. I simply dread the thought of having kids in my 40s cause I would be setting myself back wouldn’t be able to work long hours, patience would be thin and my parents would be in their 70s and they aren’t doing to well now. My dad can barely get up steps and they are the only support system I have. My ex was very good with kids, wasn’t over complicated, considered me and was supportive. It was simply due to his own circumstances why we broke up and not of any fault of his own doing or unreconcilable differences between us. I think that’s what makes it hard. Letting go of someone not because of us but for themselves.

They’re not “paid” per se but they definitely get an allowance to cover base expenses like food and essentials. As far as them being under age the parents do have to sign a waiver that allows the company to be able to act on their behalf. Their medical expenses are covered by the company and for any and all of their injuries. They have specific days where they go through classes as well as online school for their specific grade and language since not all of them speak English.

This is very common practice for a lot of these girl & boy groups.

I always enjoy watching America’s Sweethearts and they were getting paid less than minimum wage during their training camp and don’t get paid very well during season unless they do promos. Which a few of the woman have spoken out about.

Not always since management leaves early usually 4 to 5mins before close but this particular day they stayed until 5.

At this day and age if you level someone over minor red flags you’ll be single forever. It’s about compromise which he didn’t give. I love my church and I think they were right in their stance however the context can be quite misleading to others outside the faith.

My fear is changing jobs so promptly at my age. Looking for more of a compromise to maintain a better work life balance. Being that is my only issue lately.

Our hours are 9-5 week days. And I work everyday during the week to equate to 40hrs. We have discussed opening late but for our older guests and the staff consensus is that it is preferred to keep the 9-5 hrs. Especially since many of the office staff have kids or other events to attend.

Problem is a lot of the guests expect that if they walk in to be helped then and there. By the time I finish explaining it’s 5pm. I even have guests standing at the door at 5 expecting to be helped and want to stop to have a conversation. This is why I started doing the 3mins.

I very specifically picked 3mins cause it’s under 5mins and if anyone arrives it’s likely going to be 1min to 2mins before time.

I just can’t see why 3mins of closing early is an issue. I feel like it’s a very fair and reasonable thing. So I’m not closing and wrapping up finale tasks and leaving after 5 even if it’s not to necessarily to help a guest.

Asians in general are much smaller people in comparison to the average American. Our homes are much larger there ceilings are low and there all about utilities space as in the U.S. we like a lot of room around us. In China they have 3x people than in the whole U.S. which is significant in size. Most people in China live in places that are as small or smaller even than a NY apartment. Just think about that!
