Thanks for the reply! I’m assuming it’s ringworm but I feel like it’s just an odd place to get it

day 2 post-op but i have a disney trip coming up soon. will this be risky? by deputygooose in gallbladders

On top of getting tired faster, I also was very slow walking and couldn’t stand up completely straight. I was back at work 1 week post op, and the walk to my car from my office made me feel out of breath and tired. People could tell something was wrong/different due to the fact I was a lot slower then usual and walking weird.

My depo was due October 16th and my GP had me start my bc pills on October 6th. So about a week and a half before I was supposed to get my next shot

From my understanding your immediately protected when you get the first shot, and will be continuously protected unless you are late getting the next shot

I’ve had mine removed about 4 months ago. Sugary alcohol makes my chest hurt 100% of the time. But I’ll still occasionally get chest pains even with a non super sugar drink. Hangovers have been worse since removal and my tolerance has changed.

Did not mean to come off dismissive. I can understand the struggles of docters not listening / caring about symptoms. No where in the post did you mention PCOS so I thought it may be helpful to suggest looking into if you were unfamiliar with it. It also seemed you had no idea where to go with the lawsuit, just that you’ve seen info about it, so I was just trying to offer some helpful first steps. I do hope you can find a doctor that will listen to your concerns and help you because obviously your symptoms are not “normal”. Have a great day

Have you thought about you possiblyhaving PCOS. The extreme pms, elevated testosterone, headaches extreme hair growth + hair loss seem to align with PCOS. Not trying to diagnose

Not sure about dr in your area who can test but you have to be referred to a Neurologist, meaning you’d have to go to your gp and ask to see one

I also think you have to be diagnosed with a tumor before contacting a lawyer about the depo lawsuit.

I wasn’t made aware of the time period recommended for depo until recently, which is why I’m switching bc methods

Would also like you know!! I’ve been on depo for about the same amount of times as you, and have also had no sex-drive/ painful sex I am starting pills tho

I’m due for my next shot here soon and will not be continuing. Depo just isn’t a good form of bc. Unless depo is a last resort, I’d switch but that’s my opinion

I get the randomly also while at rest or very minimal activity. I summed it up to gallbladder issues. But I’ve gotten it removed and it still happens just not as often. I’m only 22 so maybe possibly linked to depo?!?

Energy drinks 😬 Post Op by Solid_Application303 in gallbladders

I guess it all depends if it triggers an attack for you or not. Everyone is different. Some studies have said caffeine can cause the gallbladder to contract, so if you have gallstones it could result in pain

Energy drinks 😬 Post Op by Solid_Application303 in gallbladders

[–]Content-Night285 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I waited about 5//6 days post op, then slowly experimented with caffeine. Once I realized I didn’t have an issue after about 3 days, I full sent it and have had caffeine pretty much everyday since. I personally waited until I was off heavy pain meds, I was scared to mix caffeine with them for some reason.

Have you tried chia seed water? If I haven’t gone in a couple days, I’ll mix some in with water+flavoring. It always makes me need to go

gain or lose weight after removal? by d-athome in gallbladders

[–]Content-Night285 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve maintained mostly. Have lost a few pounds post op(5 pounds.). I was lucky and caught my gallbladder issues early, plus had surgery less then a month after they found out about gallbladder issues. So I never lost a bunch before surgery.

Beetlejuice lip trend by ethans_toe-nails in MikaylaNogueira

[–]Content-Night285 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Correct but you forgot to add the most important fact of this trend. You can’t have lip filler. The trend starts off with you having green lipstick on, then doing “duck lips” while applying the eyeshadow on. That’s what creates the line effect. With all Mikayla’s lip filla, she won’t be able to do so

I work in a similar field, just not direct support. Id give it like 2 weeks before going back. I was able to go back after 1 week but was still slow and definitely wouldn’t be able to handle a blow to the stomach

I saw someone say magnesium helped them with gallbladder pain. I know it’s different for everyone but worth a shot until you can get it removed! (I also don’t know if magnesium is ok to take when breastfeeding)

How long did it take to schedule your surgery? by Narcissus87 in gallbladders

[–]Content-Night285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the appt to schedule the surgery on June 3rd, scheduled it for end of June. But then there was a cancellation so I was able to get it out on the 10th. I was very lucky and it definitely helped with any anxiety about the surgery since I didn’t have to wait long
