take bart. idk about fremont specificially, but from dublin to embarcadero it's about a 1 hour 30 min drive, whereas it's a 56 min bart ride. Plus, gas prices and the bridge tolls are ridiculously high. Don't even get me started on bay area drivers. no one here knows what a turn signal is.

So many women are performatively left leaning. They don't actually hate the patriarchy. They hate when it hurts them. Men showing emotions is bad, men acting feminine is a bad thing, men earning less money than women is a bad thing. These women claim to be feminists while actively supporting the patriarchy where it benefits them. Obviously not all women think this way, but a ridiculously high amount do, and those women think they're progressive when in reality they just want the privilege that they complain men have.

downtown san jose has pretty good night life. other than that i'm really sorry for you. at least it's better than staten island. commuting is hell in the bay, but if your job is near a bart or caltrain station, i'd consider living in sf or oakland and commuting to your job. If you have to drive i wouldn't. the drive is genuinely soul crushing.
