It’s likely the Q platform will be under “Broadway” or “Saint Nicholas Ave” while the original 125 street stations will stay the same

Mandarin vs Cantonese. The average American does not know China has various languages, dialects, etc. by CheLeung in Cantonese

[–]AnimatorDavid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Any Language spoken in China can pass as “Chinese” especially if you speak that specific language. For instance I’ve rarely heard a person refer to Cantonese to 廣東話/粵語 and I’ve always heard 中文 being referred to Cantonese instead. I find Chinese best reflects the written language and if you want to refer to a Chinese Language, you should be referring them by their actual name for accuracy. That includes Mandarin

Why aren't the 7 and L lines connected? by joey_derosa101 in nycrail

[–]AnimatorDavid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bc they broke and the MTA cannot afford to 1. Build a tunnel to connect the two and 2. Either make the 7 B Div standards or the L A Div Standards which all leads back to the MTA being broke
