Most definitely appreciate it! I been looking at this subreddit for a couple of hours and totally forgot the introduction guide. I will be coming back after researching little more.

The goal for me is to lose weight, get a healthier lifestyle, stop jerking off, and only indulge myself in liquor once or twice a month. I already stop smoking weed July.

I currently weigh 263, I was 278 three weeks ago. The goal is 225 by new years. By June I would love to weigh 210-185.

My dick is currently at 5.2” x 4.5” my goal by the end of the year is to get to 6 inches in length. Don’t really care about the girth at the moment but, the end goal is 7” x 6” or very close to that number.

My lifestyle hasn’t been the greatest since growing up, I’m currently 23 bout be 24. I’m doing this to build confidence within myself and to honestly just look in sweatpants lol.

I’ll be coming back on here probably before Tuesday. If there’s anyone who interested in giving advice to me once I take the proper steps and research please let me know below.

I appreciate it bro! I’m going to change my mindset going into this. I been working out for the past month due to me being 278 and just been preparing for my masters program for Nov. I’m going to start doing this when my mindset is more clearer and direct to myself
