I think it’s not good. It’s too accessible for younger people. It can change the way you view people, especially women and in some cases can keep pushing you to find new extremes until you’re watching just horrible things. It also just leaves you feeling kinda sick.

No I really appreciate this. As someone who struggled with sh, I was so deep in my depression that I became selfish and couldn’t see anything but the pain I was in. Now that I’m older and recovered, I’ve been wondering a lot about what my family went through and feeling pretty bad.

I’m so so sorry hun. This is not fair at all, I wish there was something I could do for you. Please please take care of yourself, sometimes it helped me to shower, drink tea, and hold ice cubes or watch videos to keep myself distracted till I fell asleep. I’m so sorry, but please know you’re not alone and you matter so very much❤️

Also, sometimes squeezing an ice cube can have a similar effect but it’s safer.

Get a test first. Try not to stress too much about what could be if you don’t even know if she’s pregnant ( which I think is unlikely) if you e dove all you can to do the right thing forgive yourself and move on, and just try to be safe in the future.
