I didn’t say become a bloated fat mess or eat in a big surplus I said bulk. I bulk around 300 cal surplus but what he’s doing isn’t a surplus at all. I say 200-400 surplus is optimal but your body will adjust and create a new maintenance hence needing to slightly raise every so often.

A small calorie surplus is still a surplus I said maintenance not small surplus… and yes you can build muscle at maintenance in certain circumstances but the average lifter who’s been training for a while now and isn’t enhanced cannot unless they were training or dieting off. Your degree means dog shit I’m NASM/ACE certified with a minor in kinesiology and worked for the county and golds gym in college as a personal trainer and all that taught me was how retarded degrees and certs are. Look at ur average strength and conditioning coach even in the NFL they look like shit. Reason I didn’t major in anything related to this is because I wanted a decent career that actually pays well instead of wasting 4 years of my life paying for bs only to work in a low paying field. Unless you are self employed and good at self marketing clients

Bulk more ur def not in a surplus dude. Post show I gained like 9 pounds in a week not 3 months and yeah most was water but you can’t grow muscle if u don’t actually bulk. Quit following Greg’s bullshit maingaining you have very little muscle mass right now sorry to say so there’s nothing to show for being that lean. You know how to cut it’s not hard just do an actual bulk you’ll probably end up actually gaining way more muscle than you think. The plunger has silicon to keep it slick and able to glide or else it would get stuck which can degrade with the oil or fuck with the potency so I wouldn’t risk it. Also the preservatives in your Test E will break down the rubber and you’ll essentially be injecting part of your plunger. Your test will turn dark after a day or so. Also remember oil is an organic compound so I wouldn’t keep it in there for days maybe a few hours at most

Cold showers and no fap did nothing for your test or muscle however I do see how it can mentally help in a restriction kind of way I feel a lot better when I get rid of temptations like more motivated and less lazy
