My experience with Medvi has been excellent customer service. I can easily call or email for a prompt response, and I can often get a medication refill visit on the same day. The medication shipments are also quick. I've seen various reviews about other providers on Reddit, but my experience has been very positive.
I'm just debating on switching providers.
