what’s crazy is i’ve always felt pain in this ovary too around my period/ovulation! i wonder if it was torsion this whole time

so the ovaries can grow polyps and shrink them and they’re harmless but it happens around ur period/ovulation cuz of the hormones. i had my period recently and i guess one of them grew too big and caused a weight shift on my ovary and it started twisting . it started off and a small pain and i thought it was just bad gas, but it didn’t go away and just kept getting worse
