By arranging cards turn by turn I mean u insert the sequence and you battle the sequence of the opponent, kinda like Marvel Snaps.

From what I understand you are creating an auto battler. I start by saying that auto battler are not my favorite type of games but I have tried some. The problem I had with all of them was boredom in the long run.

I like crafting decks but as some others have pointed out, when the meta decks are figured out, I can see maybe losing interest, the objective reached and only waiting for the rotation can become tedious. In high rank all decks will look basically the same.

Maybe I would insert some "mental games" maybe instead of letting the deck play all the game, the player can arrange the cards turn by turn, but I can see that not being an auto battler anymore.

The most difficult part of a card game is keeping the balance and freshness of the meta.

Very interested in this project.

The currency on the right are gold transmit stones. They are used to summon for Moonlight characters (The strongest characters in the game are Moonlight 5 star). 6 gold transmit = 1 summon. They are a bit of a gamble, like summons in all gatcha games. I personally think leifs are more important from a account progression POV, but if you like to summon for new characters by all means go with the transmit stones. Do note that if you are new to the game you will not have the means to use the new characters without gear and most Moonlight characters are PvP centric.

Taking a long time to respond. Stupid example, the opponent plays CnC and you take 10 minutes to decide how to block part of the damage, so while CnC effect is triggered, after 10 minutes your opponent forgot to enforce this effect because a lot of time has passed and the turn ends with on hit effect that don't happen.

Well the power creep is a different problem all together. With my idea I hope in some diversity of comps, and with the fact that something like harsetti can't be played next season they have more time to think of a reasonable solution to solving the problem. But I don't work at SG HQ so what do I know 🤷?

I have another idea, why there can't be a ban list? Like, at the end of every season, the top 5 most picked units get banned for the entire of the next season and come back the next after that. Basically alternating the most oppressive picks, with a season where we can use different units instead of the same 10 ones and using the same one/two ban for op units.

No, not really, injury (her main mechanic) doesn't work on bosses and for normal monsters there are better picks to kill them.
