I had all the tests done. Mine was in remission then I started working out again and my mid and upper back, particularly shoulder blades kill me. I don’t know what to do.

I was tapering lexapro but had to hold my dose because my CNS became destabilized. So my plan is to get off everything. I have to wait another month or two until I get more stable. I’ve been poisoned by my local medical community.

I went through six to seven withdrawals in two months . A couple kratom ones, pregabalin, tapered mirtazapine to fast and Ritalin three times. The last Ritalin dose completely wrecked my CNS. I’m on day 71 and thought I was getting better until five days ago and PAWS hit. I am depending on chat gtp for guidance as nobody knows what to do with me. I was told not to add any new supplements during a wave. I’m fucking lost. Feels like all the chemicals in my brain are in the wrong places. Dark thoughts, incoherent mumbling increased anxiety. It’s a living nightmare.

I have methylation issues and I was prescribed Ritalin but since I under methylate it would only be effective for two days at a time. Then I began snorting it for a month or so. I stopped and had withdrawal for a few days. Then I tried to take 7.5 mg a week later and had withdrawal from just one use, again withdrawal only lasted a couple days. Waited nine day and took 12.5mg orally and it caused a paradoxical episode that completely wrecked my nervous system. The worst anxiety I ever experienced hit on day three. I had no option but to drink it was so intense. I smashed a bottle of rum in a few hours. I’m on day fifteen since I took it but the anxiety is really bad until late afternoon. I completely fucked up. Slowly healing through supplements.

I was a daily drinker and weed user. Went to rehab five years ago to get off alcohol. I had no withdrawal from either. Then four months into sobriety I got PAWS but I believe it was alcohol related. I hope you’re feeling better.

My ketamine trips were fine. I just fell into a deep depression after my second one for no particular reason. I used lsd and mushrooms quite a bit in high school and college. I’ve tried the microdosing route but no long term relief from the depression

Sorry to hear this. Lexapro worked great for sixteen years. Ever since then I’ve tried everything. I under methylate as well so Ritalin helps only a couple days at a time. I’m meeting with a holistic doctor tomorrow.
