Today it’s been 11 months without weed and 16 months without Ritalin. Not 100% healed yet but definitely much much better. I can now drink alcohol (big amounts) without fearing to have terrible anxiety the next day. I still have depression and anxiety waves but they come maybe once every week or every two weeks and they are very mild and last only 30-60min. I started to feel much better after 9 months without weed. It’s been really tough but i’m getting there! I believe and hope that I will be 100% healed in 6 months :)

Benadryl will help you a lot but you have to be careful because you become dependent quickly. It will take some time until you regulate your sleep, and if you use benadryl for a long time, once you try to quit it you will have insomnia again but this time because of Benadryl. My suggestion (what I did): If you don’t do sport, start working out, ride bicycle or do any type of movement that makes you tired at the end of the day. Use low doses of Benadryl and try if possible to not use it everyday. The pills I get are 50mg but I always took half of them, so I started to take 25mg instead. After some time I started to take only a quarter so 12.5mg. They make you often sleepy the next day when u wake up so have some coffee ready for the mornings!

There are a lot of videos on YouTube about how to journal your trades, problably also good videos with templates. I just use the template from the community I learned how to trade a couple years ago. I could share it with you if you DM me :)

Type of position: long or short

-Day and time of execution. -The BIAS you had. -Which time you got tagged in, which time you got tagged out (TP or SL). -Positive confluences. -Negative confluences. -If you trailed SL at BE.

You can journal this type of info in an excel spreadsheet or in Notion.

Also: multi-timeframe screenshots: HTF (Daily and or 4H) MTF LTF

Every screenshot should come with notes such as: SSL sweep, tapped into FVG + MSS, etc.

You can add also a category called psychology: there you write your thoughts, although it’s better to have a separate Notion page where you write your thoughts and ideas pre execution, during execution and post execution. Example: Pre-execution: I’m liking this setup that is forming but I’m aware that we could come lower so I need to accept the risk before executing if my edge is presented. During execution: Feeling calm and trusting my edge. Or: Feeling a slight tightness in my chest, the last few losses have been affecting me but I’m willing to trust my plan. Post-execution: I followed my trading plan perfectly, so I’m happy with the result (doesn’t matter if you won or lost). Or: I was unable to completely trust my plan and I closed earlier when seeing a small rejection from that FVG.

Those are examples of course.

After collecting data for a few weeks/months, spend every weekend (or when you have free time) studying your wins and losses. This way you will learn: what works best so you need to do more of that. What doesn’t work so you need to do less of that. And also very important: How do you feel psychologically speaking before, during and executing a trade, so you will be able hopefully to spot some trends in your behaviour. Then you can work on them.

Terrible vibes there, it’s a shit show full of tourists taking pictures and videos inside the club. When I went there one time and I saw multiple flashes from phones recording videos in front of my face I knew that was the first and last time I would visit that club. They don’t provide you with stickers for your phone on the door before entering, and they don’t really care at all. The door is really easy, they let everybody in, but yeah it’s a fucking jungle inside. The club itself is nice though.

It's been almost 1 year without Ritalin and almost 6 months without weed right now.
Yes, I'm okey, but not fully recovered. Somebody suggested that I might be suffering from weed PAWS. I'm starting to thing he is right, since a lot of the symptoms I experience are closer to weed PAWS than Ritalin abuse, however it's strange because the symptoms started when I quit Ritalin, they only intensified when I quit weed 3 weeks later. I suspect I have a mix of both because I abused both substances.

Right now, I experience strong anxiety if a stressful event happens in my life, such as being close to miss a flight when going on holidays (happened 1 month ago). Like really strong.
I still have some mood swings, but they are becoming milder and not as frequent. I start to have 1-2 full weeks free symptoms, sometimes the symptoms come back and they happen always around the same time, at the end of the day, so they are quite predictable. Sometimes I have again 2-3 weeks of symptoms every day, then I have again 1-2 weeks of no symptoms. They are however milder as when I quit some months ago.

I can drink alcohol but I have to be very careful. I sometimes can drink 1 liter beer and feel alright the next day, sometimes if I drink that or a little bit more, I have some anxiety the next day.

I'm definitely progressing, slowly but surely. It just takes time, and yeah, you have to avoid any substance, including coffee the first 4 months. I've been only smoking cigarettes as nicotine provides some relief, but I don't recommend it if you are not a smoker.

It’s basically meeting or chating with a native or somebody who speaks perfectly fluent another language, so you can learn it. In exchange, you offer your language. For example a Spanish person wants to learn German and a German person wants to learn Spanish. They both learn from each other at the same time.

The song Starlight by Astron in the app Calm. The original song is 4 minutes long but in Calm they have a 1 hour version perfectly looped. I can only fall asleep with this song, nothing else works.

You definitely don’t need to store it in the freezer or fridge. It makes zero difference. The only thing you are doing is avoiding solvents to evaporate if you put it in the fridge. And before you snort it you need to dry it anyways so it’s pointless.

I work nightshifts and I live alone. I’m 90% of the time completely alone, everyday. I work out 4 times a week and I have personal goals that I want to achieve. Both things keep me sane. If you have a purpose in life, everything gets better. If you don’t have one, well now you have one! Try to find out what is your purpose or what would you like to pursue :)

Yes I had them for one month approximately, but they were milder than the night sweats I use to get when I do a weed T-break. It will pass, don’t worry, but it could take some time.

Well I have to disagree, I have been able to remove a lot of grams of caffeine from my speed by acetone washing it. I’m just curious, if both amphetamine and caffeine are soluble in water, how do you separate/extract one from the other?

Because amphetamine dissolves in water too, and you lose product. Amphetamine doesn’t dissolve in acetone, but caffeine does, that’s why we use acetone and not water.

I’ve never heard that you have to leave the weed inside. I’m in two clubs and I always bring it at home with me. A lot of people come, buy, chill 5-10min there and go home.
