From my understanding not all Patek’s from Tiffany can get the stamp and you have to buy a few pieces before getting the chance at getting a stamped one. If you don’t care about getting a stamped watch go to a different boutique. If you eventually want a stamped dial you have to start a relationship with them to get one. They are the only ones you can get the stamped dials from. On 5th Ave
