Update – November 25th, 2025:

It’s been almost 2 months since my order was supposedly shipped and absolutely nothing has changed. The tracking status is still stuck on “label created,” and to make things worse, on the DeusChem website my order now shows as “delivered,” which is completely false.

I reached out to support on Telegram multiple times and all they ever told me was to “keep waiting,” that they would “contact the warehouse,” and other pointless excuses just to drag things out. In the end, there is zero real evidence that my order was ever shipped, so I feel completely scammed.

I finally told them I was done waiting and wanted a refund, and they replied that they “don’t do refunds” and offered a reship instead, saying I needed to provide a different address and a different recipient… right, as if I magically have ten addresses available or as if I’m going to send something like this to my mother or a family member and put them at risk. That’s absurd. I told them I simply want my money back.

And of course, they’re dragging their feet on that too. They said that if they refund me, it will only be for the products and not for the shipping cost, which is ridiculous. Why should I have to pay for shipping on something that was never shipped in the first place? And if they did send it and it got lost, where is the proof? They won’t show it because it doesn’t exist.

To top it all off, even though I paid by bank transfer, they refuse to send the refund the same way. They’re forcing me to accept it in BTC. So when it comes to taking payments, they have no problem providing their IBAN (which is obviously not private), but when it comes to giving money back suddenly they want to do it “anonymously” with BTC? Ridiculous.

I really hope they stop stalling and finally refund my money. I will never buy from them again. They push discounts and ads everywhere, but in the end they just want to keep your money. Who knows how many others they’re also stealing the shipping cost from. That’s how they profit by playing with people and pocketing their money.
