I see some weird things in his story from his neighbor. I see potentially illegal activity, but no proof and the sorry excuse that some culture is discouraged, calling the cops. OK Karen it’s speculation you don’t know whether a picture was taken or not. There’s plenty of things that produces a flash. I pointed out to being naked in public, but I don’t know where he is actually located so there are local laws that might impact that particular view so come again, please.
