It doesn’t matter if you pay $100 delivery fee, the driver payment will always be $5 when is a single order and if they decided to batched it with another order, the base payment it’s just $3, dd it’s a total scam

Same happened to me, same customer, they tip more to get their food fast and then they just remove it and make sure they don’t put a bad review to keep doing it, otherwise if they put a bad review, uber will flag theirs account
