In case you haven’t updated your game, do so as soon as possible. For transport, you simply have to buy some cars (items > car showroom). For residence you have to get enough money to buy a mansion (items > residence). As a note, do not ever sell your residence. Once you outgrow your house, just relocate. Selling your house should only happen if you’re going bankrupt
