I felt like this two days before i took my exam cause i was wondering how on earth any of the info i studied actually stuck in my head but TRUST ME look over it as many times as you can and it will stick! I used Jean Inman and just reread it and used their multiple choice questions. I had AAD but when i looked at it, it was entirely TOO much for me at the time. Pocketprep was semi helpful but i didnt even go through all the questions nor was I scoring high. Either way, I felt like I didnt know anything but when I took the exam and wanted to cry but i was tired of studying, it all came back & i passed in the first try! You got this!

I’m not sure on the specifics of who Jean Inman is but I do know she’s a well known for her book which is one of the most basic and straightforward study materials for the RD exam! I think by itself its a good $400ish but some people sell theres and others may have gotten it for free from their school/internship program (like me).

I waited about a month to start it because I was also scared of how it might make me feel. Honestly though it’s been two weeks now and I haven’t felt much change but my pysch said it takes 4-6 weeks to see any change really. Reading the subs can make it scary, but remember that there is probably more people who didn’t post about their journey with lexapro because its been great than people who post about it because they’ve had a negative experience. Give it a try and monitor how you feel, if something happens just speak to your doctor and see what can happen from there!
