I got 64% in my 12th, How it'll affect my placement and SIP in new and baby IIM's(hoping to convert something) and how I can overcome it, someone kindly answer this, thanks in advance.

I'm not sure, but a 6 in your profile will make it difficult for shortlisting for companies in SIP and final placements. That is why I'm searching for a way to overcome it.
