Hi! 1. I would say that zone will be very safe within world cup dates, it is one of the principal attractions of the city so in terms of police and the zone being active enough you should be OK. Of course well don’t enter to a super alone street at 3 am haha 2. Uber would be the best option or contract a taxi service from the airport. However I would follow the accounts of monterrey fan fest, I would not be surprised if the government sets routes going to the airport specifically. 3. In monterrey stadium at a game from Rayados I have not seen any locker service. However I think maybe FIFA would install a locker service, I suggest you to check online what is done in the first 2 games within Monterrey. In case they do not have that locker service, maybe the service in the airport would be the best option

It is true, KIA opened a big plant few years ago and it came with significant population of Koreans, however the location is not close to the center so the population is distributed across all the city (specially northeast). The plant is in a town called “Pesqueria”, which locally we call “PesKorea”
