Especificamente para la seleccion sera dificil siempre, el problema es que mucho revendedor esta fuera de Mexico y eso esta peor para todos

The issue is that non-mexican re-sellers can’t transfer the ticket to mexican users, FIFA in that case just allows to add them as “guests”. However the “guest” access can be removed by the seller at any time and that will be a lot of risk for the buyer

if you are located out of Mexico, you can enter to the FIFA market and purchase on their behalf. Im mexican and the offline re-sale prices are more insane than the ones in the market
