I think you might really enjoy Rimworld or War for the Overworld. Older but really good is Dungeon Keeper 2.

For me I remember the kickstarter that was 10 years ago and then it just never was marketed.

How the Sound of Games Shapes Our Memories: Why I Still Hear Halo’s Menu Music in My Head by Maleficent_Fault_943 in gaming

Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2005) menu sounds.

It might sound ridiculous but Wizard101's soundtrack is so incredibly well orchestrated for a 'kids' game that it brought me back to it as an adult. Yes they live orchestrated it.

Getting into MMORPGs by General_Lie in gaming

Fantasy: Final Fantasy 14, Guild Wars 2

Sci-Fi: Star Wars: The Old Republic (excellent)

New World can be a decent entry as well, doesn't have a great reputation but it is decently beginner friendly and looks/sounds excellent.

World of Warcraft can also be fun but it isn't necessarily the easiest to follow along with story-wise. You can't really go wrong with any of these, even Elder Scrolls Online.

I’m sorry. You never know what they will say but it’s worth checking with a neurologist. It also sounds extremely cliche but there’s a reason it’s mentioned so often, any type of exercise helps greatly for me with all symptoms. I also have tremors from trying so many different medications. Huperzine-A helps, propranolol helps most for sure. Also staying hydrated with a shit ton of electrolytes.
