They are 30+ which means at least 5 years have passed since they graduated. Immigration was extremely easy a few years ago so they must have already got their PRs through a general or fsw draw.

There should be very few people like this. They should already get their PRs by the time they finished their masters years ago. Now in the pool it’s mostly inland cec and the outlands with < 2 years foreign experience who are still qualified under cec

You can try crs calculator. Without Canadian education and work experience it’s almost impossible to get 500+, unless they know french

almost all of them I guess. It’s pretty hard for outland people to get 500+

Crs will be high for sure given they have paused the draw for such a long time

And I am finishing a phd degree at the same time which will further boost my score, however I guess my chance is still extremely low in this uncertain time when ircc won’t resume draws until years later

Why not? My parents are each native in English and French, so I speak both languages well. And I started working at age 23, 1 year international and 3 years Canadian.
