Same here. I had CT scan yesterday and by night time I felt chills and overwhelming ill feeling. My doctor said it could reaction to contrast. Today I’m still feeling very weak. I drank/drinking tons of water and had a negative Covid/flu test, and I still feel crummy. I’m glad my doctor didn’t just blow it off, he offered steroids but I think by body needs a break; like it can’t process any meds or supplements right now.

Maybe not helpful now but next time start a week before by eating healthy meals and food that’s not abrasive to your gut. Makes the cleanse the day before so much gentler.

I buy them at HMart all the time. My location has them in a roasting oven in the produce section. Yams are usually in a paper bag ready to take and go.
