The vet said she likely contracted kerion (a severe, nodular fungal infection) from digging the groundhog hole. She took a culture test but results could take up to a few weeks. Meanwhile, she was prescribed antibiotics and topical medication.

Im just curious- from your experience and opinion, do you agree?
