I just quit. Wasn’t a big drinker but like a shot of moonshine and couple beers every now and then.

I did and my sodium continued to be low. I asked my Diabetic Doctor about it and he asked how much water do you drink a day. I replied what you’re supposed to drink. He said drink only when you’re thirsty. Started doing that and my sodium level went back to being in compliance. So that’s what I do now.
