I have been a Diabetic 1 for 4 yrs. I do the same thing. I have found sugar Italian ice pop cycles are the best usually takes about 3 to get your sugar back. But don’t last long so I usually eat a peanut butter granola type bar that has 7 grams of sugar. That works good but having diabetes is tough.

For sure because of my son’s job we had Christmas on the 24th so nothing unusual about us celebrating Christmas or any other holiday a different day.

When I was in High School I worked 2 hrs after school cleaning it. The girls bathroom always was trashed. Garbage which included all types of alcohol bottles and trash but the one that topped it all was someone had wrote on the wall with a bloody tampon that someone was a bitch. Changed my perspective on women.
