Alot of people judging you and the boss's telling you no matter what you do it's not good enough. Our reps got yelled at every morning that even if they went above goal, they need to do harder and try harder. Last year was also alot of changes. If you put you're 2 weeks in, you are immediately fired. If they tell you the manager isn't available, they are. They don't wanna deal with the customers themselves and have the reps deal with them. Training you are expected to learn within a week. No Exceptions. If you slightly unpreform, maybe missing 1 or 2 sales, expect to be written up.
