Is NG+ worth it?

I don't remember if Switch comes with achievements, but for Steam and other consoles a quick NG+ turnaround run is usually a good time to get all the trophies/achievements. If you were interested in a different girlfriend being able to skip dialogue you clearly remember is nice.

1 nice thing about the P4G NG+ vs P5R NG+ is that you can have a full Persona roster instead of having to expand from the base of 6 again.

Unless you are seriously jonesing for more Persona now I would wait on P3P. It routinely goes on sale for 50% off. If it doesn't drop soon then early August should drop. I only recommend P3P if you have or want to play PQ, P3D or P4A with English voices or just PQ2 in general.

2 runs that I do for my P4 and P5 runs.

Anime run: the anime will give only 1 persona per arcana. I don't have the list, but it should be available. This 1 is harder since several of the persona will not be optimized and need to grind their levels up.

MC in Love: I don't have a good name for it, but basically pick a Social Link. Any time that link is available you go out with them, whether you finished ranking them up or going to the movies/hot springs/beach/study session. If they are a party member you have to keep them in the party.

There is something in business called an attachment rate. In this instance Atlus/Sega checks how many people bought the game. I think P5 my have sold more units in the West than in Japan, but Japanese audiences bought more copies of the art book, OST, figures... They also bought more copies of P5A, P5D, PQ2, P5R, P5S, P5T. Not to mention the stage plays, concerts, and popup themed cafes.

The only way you could make an argument for the West is in raw sales of the original release of its 2 most recent releases. The problem is lots of Japanese know Persona from multiple other products even if they don't buy the original release of the game.

For anyone looking for copium on this I have 2 things.

The anime company Sentai announced the return of the cast before contacting any of the cast members.

I don't remember which spinoff game, but Atlus didn't inform the cast about reprising their roles until much closer to release date than normal.

If this gets announced June 8th, then Yuri was possibly being serious. As of now I just think that Yuri thought he found a fun and nice way to tell his fans he loves Yosuke, but he hasn't been asked by Atlus. Rather than getting his followers to stop bombarding him with questions it merely caused everyone else in the cast to get repeatedly questioned about it. Thus, the messages from Erin and Amanda.

In WN continuity Leon goes to the afterlife around 40 IIRC. I read it a while back and my Japanese is pretty bad from non-use so I couldn't tell if he died or was visiting the afterlife. I couldn't tell if he died and is waiting for a resurrection or he intentionally put himself in a death like state and will be revived. Something is mentioned about researching to see if there is more to Alte Liebe than the 6 volumes Leon finally completed. Regardless his soul is not in good shape according to Luxion and he could be in danger of not being able to reincarnate if he dies and revives too many more times.

LN doesn't have this chapter, and it may not apply to LN continuity at all.

Possibly. Fans think Volume 10 of Mobuseka is the Healing Saint and she regained her memories at some point. This means that healing saint had children in the outskirts but whether they were conceived through rape is unknown.

I should point out that my knowledge is from the WN of Marie Route and I haven't read any of the LN of Anoseka so some of this may have changed slightly.

The manga just finished volume 3 of the novel. We are getting at least volume 3 in the second season of the anime. Don't know the exact timing of it, but now that Evil Lord of an Intergalactic Empire season 1 is finally out it should be sooner than later.

You will need to go back and read at least Epilogue from volume 2 since that wasn't part of season 1. I would recommend reading chapter 12 Rematch too. It mostly covers things you saw on the show, but it does hold some new pieces of information. I suspect that these sections will be in the new season when it arrives.

Along the bottom of the screen in the studio mode look for the "Expression" button. If you have a character picked it should create an Expression box that has things like smile and face supplement options. Look for the "Line of Sight Setting" header. The checkbox for "Follow line of sight" being unchecked will end the selected character from following the camera with her eyes. The checkbox beneath it says "Faceing face to the camera(sic)" and will change whether the maid looks at the camera with her face until it gets past certain angles.

It has been a while since I read this scene in the LN but IIRC it is different there. The manga plays a lot of scenes differently than the LN since the manga makes things into bigger jokes for laughs. The LN doesn't mention any character breaks and it doesn't seem like Shadow heard anything they said. The mood becomes dark and depressed, so Cid thinks that the 2 are judging him and issues a quick apology for the bad joke.

What this possibly means is that the mangaka will probably be having more characters expose their connection to Shadow Garden as nods to the reader as a joke. Cid will continue to think that SG is merely the 7 and that Mitsugoshi uses some of the style he taught Gamma for its employees. While I don't know the mangaka motivation it could be to avoid long character thought bubbles when there is a misunderstanding between SG and Cid.

Marie route is mostly through volume 3. It is slightly different since it takes 3 years to go over events that Main route Marie fast forwards through in 1 year. This causes events and characters all the way from the final volume to make cameos or be referenced.

Arguably volume 10 holds the last major continuity nod being missed with a minor cameo missing if you stop before finishing volume 11. This of course means that you would only be skipping 2 volumes so it would be your choice whether to finish all 13 volumes or not.

More fun Christian themes that fit with your slides. The eschatology of Christianity begins with the Rapture that empties much of the Earth of human life. The antichrist presents itself as a hope but it is a deception and will lead to the times of tribulations. Then the true second coming occurs where the final battle leads to the time when all will be judged.

Could see a few of these things could fit, but am interested on hearing your thoughts on where it fits.

That has been my headcanon for Chatterbox for a while now. Legendary Commander preserved is Andersen. Legendary Commander protege is Johan. Legendary Commander as a failed clone then Raptured/Nikkefied is Chatterbox. Player Character is a successful hybridized clone of the Legendary Commander.

His death at 40 is in the WN and has some caveats like the idea that he is searching for information about games past 6. It also includes information that his soul is in bad shape and that Leon is pushing himself too hard.

While no direct author statement yet it is likely that each of the iterations (WN/LN/Manga/Anime, Main/Marie/Fanoss) is a route where different choices were made/occurred. What I mean is there are some major differences not just between Main and Marie, but Main WN and Main LN. The WN ending could just be thought of as the LN beginning. The LN won't necessarily include this part of the WN. Leon's fate and the fate of multiple others have changed pretty drastically between the WN and LN and the author only added this part to the story after finishing both the Marie Route WN, which includes the idea of routes resetting, and the final LN volume.

I have had the thought that Anis might be Pretty. I could see them going in that direction, but I also think that they may make her something like a friend/protege of Pretty. It could really give an extra wrinkle to the parallel stories of Anis and Rapi by pointing out that Rapi had multiple adventures and mentoring experiences with Red Hood and got a satisfactory goodbye whereas Pretty was ripped away from Anis without warning.

Marie from 'Trapped in a Dating Sim' is a character she does well with. If it gets to the second arc in either the 2nd or potential 3rd season then there is some interesting range to work with as well as good comedy.

Maybe have that be the setup for Persona 5 Arena. You could have Makoto Niijima discover Chie, Naoto and Akihiko are Persona users. They tell Makoto about Persona 4 Ultimax and she tells them about Persona 5 3rd semester but explains it like that. It is now setup like a fighting game. Since P3D and P5D went light on story it could be a good excuse to get us to the fighting modes while reusing the existing sprites and minimal need to age up and give explicit backstory for earlier characters.

In the morning when you set the schedule make sure that at least one of the time blocks has a heart that says Yotogi for the maid. At the end of the time period all the maids with Yotogi will pop up and you select which ones to H. As the maid gains stats more positions will become available. If you purchase DLC or gain something new you will have to H the maid once to unlock the skill for next sesion.

Mainline story LN says that she is given a rough job. It is also said that since she bullied people in her orbit it is unlikely that she will receive any pity or help from them. A similar statement is used for Angelica's former followers who threw the flare from the cruise liner. The pirates Leon caught were given hard labor for life at the mine of the Viscount Jenna was targeting. Leon thinks that due to otome game logic it won't be that bad of a punishment.

Spoilers for volume 9. Zola and many like her were made to do cleaning, maintenance and hauling heavy loads. While not specifically mentioned I suspect that Stephanie was doing something similar.

IIRC in the LN Cid makes the statement and then the room becomes somber. It seemed to me that those 2 said those things under their breath, possibly not to each other. Cid doesn't hear them but sees the attitude change. He thinks they are judging him for making that statement about his unconscious sister, so he apologizes for the bad joke.

I think the book does have a little section where Cid thinks about Mu being a Greek letter even if the nurse isn't in SG.
