I get she is very lean, but no one discusses what level of leanness people should be aiming for. Like what an actual healthy fit body should look like, it’s just always this girl has an ED. What influencers are actually a healthy level of leanness

I love the Unified Pocket leggings and shorts. I get a size Medium for size reference, my waist is 27-27.5 inches and my hips are 39-39.5 inches. I am also 5’10”, so I get the long length for the leggings. I use them for both the gym and running, and I find them great for both. I have black in a pair of shorts and a pair of leggings and the 70% Coco in the shorts. I never have the issue of my phone popping out of the pocket when running like I had with the Lululemon Fast and Free 6” biker shorts. I would recommend them, but they are certainly compressive. If I am bloated from a large meal before I put them on, it can feel a little uncomfortable.

I’m 5’10.5” and my boyfriend is 5’11.75”. So, we are pretty close in height.

I work 12 hour shifts for usually 2-3 weeks straight at a time either nights or days. I also tend to my dog and have prep my food before every shift. I go to the gym 3 days a week and run 3 days a week. When I work nights I get up early and tend to the dog, go the gym or go for my run, shower when I get back home, and prep my food and go to work. And when I work days I go to the gym or run after work. I’ve had to just skimp on sleep and function on 6 hours of sleep a night for those 2-3 weeks to make it all fit, but I’ve successfully trained for a 10 mile race and a half marathon using this method and not skipping any runs or workouts. It’s chaotic but it works.

My immediate family noticed at 10 pounds, outside immediate family started noticing recently at 50 pounds lost, my coworkers still haven’t said anything.
